1) Online Payments (Razorpay)
- Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI / Cards / Netbanking / Wallets as available).
- We do not store your full card/UPI PIN details on our server.
- Razorpay may collect and process payment information as per their policies.
2) Payment Confirmation
- Your order is confirmed after successful payment and order creation on our website.
- If payment succeeds but order is not created due to a technical issue, please contact us with the payment reference. We will verify and help.
3) Failed / Pending Payments
- If a payment fails, the order will not be confirmed.
- In some cases, the amount may be temporarily held by your bank and auto-reversed within a few working days. If not reversed, contact your bank/Razorpay support.
4) Refunds
- If a refund is approved, we process it back to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines depend on bank/payment method and may take a few working days after processing.
5) Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is available/selected, please pay the exact amount to the delivery partner as per the invoice/order total.
6) Taxes & Charges
Prices shown are in INR. Any shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before placing the order.
